I have recently completed the Seto Inland Sea and Shikoku Tour with We Ride Japan and can recommend this amazing family business without reservation. Everything, absolutely everything, was perfect. Tamie and Will's organisation and attention to detail is superb. The actual cycling was wonderful - safe, excellent bikes and accessories, well-supported by them and their team of guides/supporters, beautiful scenery, regular breaks, a great mix of relaxation and challenge. The itinerary was thoughtfully prepared with contrasting places to explore and opportunities to learn about Japanese culture. The accommodation and food was also outstanding. This particular tour was a treat but I would also recommend We Ride Japan for any of the tours they offer. It was perfectly organised, everything ran like clockwork and we felt well guided, well cared for and very safe. Amazing experiences in authentic Japanese restaurants and wonderful Japanese accommodation. We learnt so much about Japanese culture, language, Buddhism, food. The landscape was spectacular and we biked around the coast, through hilly regions, past rice fields, through small towns and villages, stopping at temples, shrines, and other points of interest along the way. We Ride Japan gets 10/10 from me. Superb organisation, marvellous cycling - all on sealed roads or lanes and over incredible bridges. A superb trip.Posted on Google Greg GibbTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Did the Southern Japan Cycle tour in April this year. Absolutely fabulous experience and well recommended. The organisation and attention to detail were first class, the bikes were in excellent condition and the tour route was stunning. Started in Hiroshima, crossed the inland islands before cycling through Shikoku and Kyushu to Nagasaki. Will and his team (Nami, Hiro, Ryuji and Tereza) as well as Tamie and Shane deserve huge credit for creating this once in a lifetime experience. Domo arigato !!Posted on Google Michael O'ConnorTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From the genuine smiles at the meet & greet , through the words of encouragement on the amazing slopes to the heart felt Mata-ne at the farewell this team are quite amazing . By far the best group holiday I’ve ever been on ( went with 5 friends in a group of 14 riders & we all felt the same way ). Will & his team have created a wonderful experience that anyone with an inkling to cycle in Japan should seize with both hands ! Cannot recommend this experience highly enough .Posted on Google Priti ShahTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. In April 2026 I completed the Hiroshima to Nagasaki tour with We Ride Japan and an awesome group of riders from across the globe. I chose this company based on their incredible reviews and they delivered a five star experience in every way from booking support, detailed pre-departure briefings, superb hotels and Ryokans, scenic and challenging routes, cultural activities and information and delicious and varied meals. Whether dealing with allergies, road closures, weather or differing riding abilities they smoothly accommodated the needs of the group. But what truly differentiates We Ride Japan is that Will and Tammie have built a closely knit and capable team that work well together and welcome you to Japan as guests of their family. Arigato for an incredible experience. 🙏🩵Posted on Google Carlos RojasTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The ten-day Seto Inland Sea tour was outstanding. Will, Tamie and team curated a 240-mile ride that highlighted the scenery, culture and food of Japan. All aspects of the guided tour including the bikes, meals, hotels, transfers were high quality and exceeded my expectations. I loved it.Posted on Google Jennifer HosmerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband and I just completed the Seto Inland Sea and Shikoku Cycle Tour in April. What a fabulous trip! The scenery was breathtaking. We cycled across bridges, through tunnels, along the coast and through orange groves. Along the way we stopped to explore temples and shrines, learned about the fishing and ship-building industry, and enjoyed a fun rest day exploring the beautiful town of Uchiko. The bikes were top-notch. I ride an electric assist bike and my husband rides a road bike. The guides were knowledgeable and very friendly. The hotels and restaurants were excellent- especially enjoyed the onsens! Over the past 10 years we have enjoyed many cycling trips, and this now tops the list as one of our favorite trips!Posted on Google Nick JakTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We Ride Japan was fantastic. The experience of riding in Japan was great - we had so much fun. As for We Ride Japan, they looked after every need. Great hotels, great food, if we needed anything, they looked after us. There were 2 support vans and 2 riders with the group (12) at all times. Anytime we needed to change directions, they were ahead and waiting for us to ensure we took the correct routes. I've recommended We Ride Japan to many friends already.Posted on Google Cordell EsplinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Will and crew are the best. I have traveled all over the world and done a bike tour in Spain. Guided is better than self guided and We Ride Japan is at the right price and you have everything you need and nothing you don't. Good riding, good food and good company.
